About James Bechand
James Bechand brings over 20 years of experience in the printing and graphic arts industry to his current role as General Partner of Aris Graphics, Inc. Founded in 2004, the company specializes in using the most modern technology and processes available in the field to create innovative graphic designs for its clients. The experienced staff at Aris Graphics assigns the highest priority to client satisfaction, and under James Bechand’s direction, the company strives to maintain its superb record of efficiency, professionalism, and design excellence.
Before founding Aris Graphics, James Bechand served as the Founder of JB Promotional Graphics from 1994 to 2004. Before launching his own graphics firm, James Bechand worked at Winson Surnamer, Inc., a commercial lithography printing company in Long Island City, New York. Mr. Bechand’s tenure at Winson Surnamer lasted seven years. Prior to joining Winson Surnamer, James Bechand worked for two years at Macaran Printed Products, where he sold labeling products to packaged goods companies. As Mr. Bechand’s extensive employment history demonstrates, his experiences at different leadership levels at graphic design firms has contributed to his solid and unique understanding of the printing and graphic arts industry.
When not working, James Bechand enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating in community activities. He is a member of numerous organizations in and around Ronkonkoma, New York, including the Huntington Country Club and the Southampton Yacht Club. Mr. Bechand is also a generous philanthropist who regularly donates to groups that improve his local area, such as East Woods School, the Friends Academy, Southampton Hospital, and his local YMCA.
James Bechand attended Niagara University in his native New York for his undergraduate studies and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree. Mr. James Bechand currently lives in Huntington, New York.
